CANCELLATION POLICY

I get it life happens sometimes! I always appreciate if I can know as far ahead as possible if you can’t make it to your appointment. I require a 48 hour notice to any cancellations. You will receive a reminder regarding your appointment 3 days in advance. I require a 50% cancellation fee for anything cancelled within that 48 hour range of the scheduled appointment. I will contact you before charging the card, if I can not reach you/if the card you entered doesn’t charge, you will not be able to book another appointment until that payment has been made. Please be courteous as this is my living. Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged the full amount of the service. No call/no shows will be banned from booking.
